For a pre-arranged delivery on Sunday, a $45.00 fee will be added to the final bill. Orders must be placed 2 business days prior to requested delivery date, otherwise a $10.00 fee will be added to the final bill. Orders placed THE DAY of requested delivery WILL incur a 'rush order fee' of $25.00.
